Elephant Quest

Explore caves, ruins, jungles, and clouds as you move your elephant through various rooms, fighting off enemies and collecting keys and balloons. In addition to building your defenses and fighting stronger and stronger enemies, there are smaller quests to complete. The story is fun, and the ending is nice. It's a great little time killer, as it takes a little while to get through all the levels.

Get Off My Lawn

Get off my Lawn is a challenging level-up game where you have to defeat all the monsters before they destroy your lawn. It's multi-leveled, and will keep you busy for a while. The enemies have different abilities, so you'll have to adapt different strategies for different levels.

Kids vs Ice Cream

Kids vs Ice Cream is a unique game where you're an ice cream truck trying to take out the vicious kids of the neighborhood. You start with a pretty basic truck, with pretty weak ice-cream gun. But by the end of the game, you have multiple guns, a Popsicle missile shooter, and the coffee toffee cannon of doom (because kids hate nothing more than coffee ice cream).

Infectonator

Like Boomshine, this is a simple, addictive click game where you are trying to create a chain reaction. But unlike Boomshine, it's got a story and many more levels. It's also a level-up type game, where you earn coins with each kill, which you can spend on increasing the threat of your virus.

Indestructo Tank

Indestructo Tank is a great random/level up game. You play as a military tank, moving through a field while air forces above you attempt to drop bombs on you. The catch is, you want to be hit by these bombs, and launched into the air to destroy the planes. It's a fun action game, but strategy is important, as you want to maximize your combos while not running out of gas. Also, you have to chose which aircraft you want to buy (there are 5 options), and there are differences between the bombs they drop--so chose carefully.

Hedgehog Launch

If you play online games regularly, you've probably run into 'level up' games (my term, I haven't seen it anywhere else). They're games where you have an end goal, and you work toward the task, usually earning money or points, to level up until you can reach your final goal. Hedgehog Launch was my first true level up game, and I haven't seen any that quite measure up to it. It's slow going at first, but quickly you get better launches and rockets, and soon you're zipping closer and closer to the moon. I love games that have a nice ending, and this one certainly does.
