Cactus McCoy

Cactus McCoy is a fun adventure/fighting game with a good story and fun characters. As you move through levels, you fight different characters with various weapons, ranging from TNT to sheriff badges. There are lots of medals to win: each level has a time challenge and 5 secret areas to find, as well as 3 other challenges to complete. It's a game that will keep you busy for a while, especially if you want to gather up all the accomplishments.

The Company of Myself

The Company of Myself is a very nice artistic game with a melancholy story. You play as a sad man (you learn more of his story as you advance) who reaches his end goal by interacting with his shadows. There's a fair bit of strategy involved, but the story keeps you pushing on to see what happens.

Hedgehog Launch

If you play online games regularly, you've probably run into 'level up' games (my term, I haven't seen it anywhere else). They're games where you have an end goal, and you work toward the task, usually earning money or points, to level up until you can reach your final goal. Hedgehog Launch was my first true level up game, and I haven't seen any that quite measure up to it. It's slow going at first, but quickly you get better launches and rockets, and soon you're zipping closer and closer to the moon. I love games that have a nice ending, and this one certainly does.

Fancy Pants Adventure

Fancy Pants Adventure is a fun and addictive game, which you can play for five minutes or an hour. The graphics are great (my boyfriend has the most fun making Fancy do flips), the controls are easy and the levels change up so you have new ways to fly Fancy through the air. Plus, once you've been the game the first time, there are trophies and different color pants to win. And of course, it's always fun to try to race through the game as fast as you can.

Save the Sheriff

Save the Sheriff is a fun, many-leveled game where you play as a pig on a mission to save his trusty sheriff. It's a pretty simple, platform style game; you jump around, landing on enemies to kill them and move through levels. Despite being a little old-school (kind of reminds you of Super Mario Bros), the story is great and there are enough levels to keep you occupied for a while.
